Card Browser: Convert Display Order to Chip for sorting

- We should move 'Display Order' to a chip similar to the below
- We should persist different orders for 'Cards' and 'Notes' mode
- We need to figure out the UX for tapping on the columns, likely:
- A tap sorts
- A long press allows a user to edit and sort the columns
Note that in 'Notes' mode, a number of columns are not sortable

i can work on this , however the description is not clear . It would be very helpful if you provide another description and assign me the issue!

What about users who want to sort on a field which isn't currently displayed (is this a valid concern?)

Yes, this would be an issue. I sort my cards in descending order of modification time, but I don't want to show the modification time in the UI as it takes up screen space without any benefit.
