Adding/Importing New Cards always goes to the first deck

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
Importing
- open ankidroid
- select import
- choose CSV file
- select Deck C
- imported cards goes to Deck A instead
Adding
- long press Deck C to open menu
- select Add
- select the checkmark (Save)
- saved card goes to Deck A instead
Expected behaviour
expected behaviour is that it should be imported or saved to its respected Deck this behaviour has been happening for more than a few months now.

I've looked at this several times and I wasn't able to reproduce it.
