User experience when scroll down

Hello everybody, When using infinite scroll for long content, we find out there's a little lag/stuck for loading more content. I know there's stop time for api to return data. But in my example, api only takes 0.5 to 1.2 second to return response. How do I make the scroll becoming more smooth?

hi every one . i have same problem , when load more item we have lag/stuck and i feel web page going fill PC memory , someone can say what must to do for fix this ?
