Have pull down to refresh content stay visible while the component is refreshing

Hi,

First of all thanks for this amazing library! I have a question. Right now, as soon as you release after pulling down to refresh, the PTR content gets hidden again above the page. Is it possible to have the PTR content stay visible while the page is refreshing? I.e. 50px of content would be displayed, with some animated loading spinner, then when loading is finished that content disappears. Hopefully I'm explaining this well enough.
