Cycling backups with backuper gems does not work

It looks like cycling backups with backuper gem when we use keep option does not.

I set up keep = 5 but I constantly see 6+ backups and new backups always fail because of not enough space. Looks like backuper gem API has changed or something and yandex-disk does not follow that change.
