Downloader not downloading entire video

Steps to reproduce

Can't show how to reproduce, as it happens sometimes, When downloading, sometimes it shows as downloaded but it only downloaded a portion of the video and the rest of it doesn't even show up, or sometimes it gives an error that video not listed or something like that

Expected behavior

It should just show it as not downloaded it or just show that an error had occurred

Actual behavior

Update: i got to know to some extent when this happens; when there is a network problem, it even gives error in the notification bar but still counts it as complete

It's in both even if you disable/enable multi threading it will still be like this
