Identify possible memory leaks

Description

There has been a lot of development changes in the project this GSOC. There should be many memory leaks in the project. We want to identify them and resolve them.

Acceptance Criteria

Listing down all the memory leaks along with their location. Solution for memory leaks approved by mentors @aanchal07 and @dhara04 .

Definition of Done

Listing of all memory leaks and Pull request for their solution approved by mentors.
