Integrate Code Quality Github Actions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Code quality github actions need to be integrated to the repository, in order to get the the test coverage, analysis, change tracking etc.

Describe the solution you'd like Codecov, Coveralls, Codeclimate, Codacy etc. can be considered for this issue.

Additional context This is an issue to be claimed during the Open Source Hack. This issue will be assigned from September 1, 2020.

Sure @ashwinijha6 . But we will start assigning issues from 1st September. Make sure to comment first on the day OSH starts (i.e. 1st Sept) to be the first claimant of this Issue. After that you can go ahead and make a PR.

How these 3rd-party services work, nobody knows or their documentation about the tools they use isn't well documented. I'd be in favour of using tools that are first principle in nature, for example, pep8, black, flake8 etc, and then integrating them with github actions
