Frontend UI Redesign

Description

As a maintainer, I want to redesign BIT UI, So that I can make sure the project UI meet the design guidelines of AnitaB.Org Open Source.

@mtreacy002 Shouldn't this be opened on the frontend repo?

@Rahulm2310 , as per the comments pointed out by @epicadk, this is just an epic for the project roadmap and not an issue to be assigned to contributors. As the main repo for BIT since GSOC till now is the backend repo, I prefer to place all epics under the same repo for ease of maintenance and just link the relevant issues (either from frontend or backend) to these epics. Hope this makes sense 😉
