Create new footer for the pages

It seen like ugly so I would suggest creating a new contact page

Hey @codewithvk I wanna take this issue, can you assign this to me ?
@codewithvk we can create new page and link it in nav bar would be better as in footer it looks too messy and footer only has the follow us links
@codewithvk yes i agree this topic has been discussed and we have to redesign it whole if any of you want to resdesign it propose your designs in the design stream and we will assign accordingly

@nlok5923 this is the issue that you proposed.. if u want to work on it.. i have said before Share us any design you have in mind regarding the contact us section in the design stream on zulip and then the design team can guide you there.

@isabelcosta i am so sorry for the inactivity. this issue was a design issue when we were working on it ,we put together the work, but the design was not correct. because of which we made it available to the contributors. but people mistook it for a code issue and started opening issue for it. we closed few issues already on it. i will close this one too.
