Dockerize OSP Web Application

Description

As a developer, I need a way to run the app using Docker,

so that I can quickly setup my dev environment without any hassle and focus more on writing code.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] Create a Dockerfile and Docker compose file to run the project using one command
  • [ ] Update project readme with instructions on running the program using Docker.

Definition of Done

  • [ ] All of the required items are completed.
  • [x] Approval by 1 mentor.
