when switching on / off, refreshes the YT tab

Hi, first of all, thank you for a nice extension!

It would be nice, when switching the extension on / off, it would just disable / enable the video without doing anything to the audio stream. Not refreshing the YT tab.

This is especially useful when deciding on listening / watching longer concerts during work, to keep listening consistency.

Example: I am interested in drum solos, but the rest is okay to listen only during work.

As michalsykora said, it would be nice to know if it is possible not to refresh the page when switching on/off Particularly because if YT standard enables to modify the video quality without refreshing, there might be a way to do it :) And the fact to use JS emphases this idea i guess.

I don't do JS so cannot help sorry (maybe later :p)
