Per tab on/off

This would be a great feature as I have multiple Youtube tabs open -- that being one for music, another for a video, etc. and I keep on having to turn it off and on when I switch tabs.

I have created a fork of @animeshkundu extension. I have added comparatively new feature to the extension including per tab on/off.

New Features:

• Support per page setting to enable YouTube-Audio.
• Remember current time-stamp of video on reload.
• Don't require data permission for all tabs.

@PinkDev1 I would have also liked to contribute to existing Repo/Add-On, with the changes in core part(like moving from browser-extenstion to page-extenstion), it's not same anymore.

I am working on changing the part of add-on left as it's scalable for live stream.

This would required a lot of collaboration from @animeshkundu which I wasn't much sure of, seeing from GitHub contribution in last year.
