User: Send anime recommendation

You can send a recommendation (anime) to anyone you follow. This will create a notification (which can be disabled in settings for the receiver). Additionally you should be able to see all the recommendations that have been sent to you on a page.

This feature could be potentially added as an icon to your anime list. I'm thinking of adding a popup toolbar for anime in your list.
