Anime: Video streaming on episode pages

This will be the meta issue covering all of the details. In short, we're gonna try some streaming mechanisms.

• [ ] Upload of video files for staff members / editors
• [ ] Transcode into an appropriate web format
• [ ] Retrieve meta information
• [ ] Generate preview images (1 frame every 10 seconds)
• [x] Store files on a CDN
• [x] Display video player on episode pages

Bonus features:

• [ ] Editors can activate a server download via HTTP or Torrent source
• [ ] After watching an episode, automatically increase the episode count in your collection

Shortcuts:

• [x] Double click to toggle fullscreen
• [ ] Space or K to play/pause
• [ ] V to switch subtitles (or disable them)

The ultimate goal is to become a legal streaming service with amazing performance and useful features. This will be a supporter-only feature with only the first episode being free to watch for any type of user. We're gonna try small steps until we figure out how to do things. It's gonna take a lot of time but I believe we can do it.
