Phenotype applying error

Describe the bug Picking phenotype East Asian :ideal shapely gives alternating results depending on wether you picked the phenotype or sub-phenotype first.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Cycles Asian female.
2. Change the phenotype to East Asian, and the sub-phenotype to ideal shapely.
3. Alternately reselect East Asian and ideal shapely.
4. Despite no actual change in choices, the model will alternate between two states.

Expected behavior Choosing the phenotype and sub-phenotype will always produce the same result regardless of order, and especially regardless of non-choice-changing UI choice menu accesses.

Additional context I am using blender 2.92. Addon version is 1.7.8.5
