Add a troubleshoot/FAQ section in the docs

It would make life easier if we had a docs section with some guidelines on common issues related to animate. On the top of my head, I can think of:

• CSS properties being overwritten #1117
• Overflow "issues" #970
• Performance problems (although we have a few words in the Best practices section)
