[Request] Subs selection improvements

1. When there's a subs file with the same name with the video file in the same folder, the subs track should be selected by default. Now you have to manually select it.
2. Add the option to select a subs track with any filename that's in the same folder with the video file. Now only subs of the exact same filename are selectable.
3. When a subs filename has the [ ] characters, those characters are not displayed properly in the subs track selection menu.

4. Give preference to the subtitle language and audio track you selected the previous time. Or manually set the default subtitle language and audio track

And if subtitles are embedded in the video, how then? Of course it's not hard to choose the audio track and subtitles you want every time, but if the application can predefine the subtitle/audio language itself, that would be great.

I can't believe how come this is still not being taken care of..., but I guess the project a a bit stale lately, with a bunch of open and waiting to be merged PRs from a long time ago.
