Video progress easily reset (to 00:00).

Just noticed that this app often/easily resets video to the start.

For example if I pause the video from lock screen because someone wants to talk to me. When I unlock the phone again to resume playback, it's back to 00:00. Or I generally pause and/or leave the app/the screen times out for whatever reason, it's back to 00:00 when I'm back. I don't think it's a RAM issue as this phone has 12GB with minimal other things sleeping in the background.

Would it be possible to make it remember playback positions?

It is a bug being tracked in #1140, OP should close in favour of that.
