[BUG] cant show all video files in a folder

In my sd card in movies folder there are 30 movies in total but next player shows only 19 of them. They are all of mkv format. Next player can play them when i share file with file manager. so the movie files have no problem and are supported by next player. Then i movied those files in a different folder. After refreshing it shows only 25 files of that new folder. I again moved them to another folder and now its showing only 5 of my files. Refreshing the list manually doesnt solve the problem. Am i missing something or its a bug?

Android version - 12 Phone - samsung App version - 0.12.3
