Title: Enhancement of the Navbar and issues with home page

Description

• The home page of the website is not aligned properly.
• The scroll to the top button is not functioning.
• The Navbar is pretty basic and I would like to enhance it .
• Also the navbar is not responsive and would like to fix other minor position issues.

I will properly follow the contributing guidelines and I am willing to work on this issue. I am GSSoC'23 contributor Please assign me this issue under GSSoC @aniketsinha2002
