Issue in NavBar section

hey @aniketsinha2002

I'm a GSSOC contributor.. In the navBar section there is lots of bug like it is not responsive .. And there is no login button and navBar is transparent which overlap with text when scrolling up thats looks quite weird...

I would like to work on this issuses .. would please assign me to this task ??
