There are some times when the Y/N/C pop-up appears with a message that the file is bad. When --force c is in effect in that situation, we should discard the bad file and re-download it instead of continuing with it. Could bad file situations be detected and a y (re-download) be forced for that file even though --force c was in effect?

I think I will toss out to continue with bad file for a corrupted resume file and will regard it (if forced) as redownload.

I actually don't know what you mean here. I just looked at the code and the downloader will proceed as if the resume data is not found if it is corrupted. Do you have the exact error message at hand?
