Can't get past "Setup Google OAuth" screen in 1.4.2
I have followed all the instructions, after I click the prompts in the OAuth screen I get a notification that I've been authenticated, and Obsidian displays a notification that I've been "logined" (should be *logged in). But nothing happens after that. This is on version 1.4.2. I haven't tested it on the latest stable version.
Are you getting any errors? Have you set up your labels?
I have my From label set to Obsidian, then anything I want sent to Obsidian I have Gmail put that label on. In my case, I have a dummy account, so I have a filter on the gmail side that labels everything with the Obsidian label.
Yes, I am using a dummy account with labels set up. I don't get any error message, just the "authorisation succeeded - you can close this window" text in the browser and the successful login notification in Obsidian. But then I'm still on the Setup Google OAth screen.
Hi @morgrichards and @Frekido, the message "authorization succeeded - you can close this window" indicates that the plugin has been authorized to access your emails.
Are you able to see the labels from your Gmail account in the Label section of the plugin settings? (Please refer to the image below.)
