Some fixes to make it work on my linux machine

I've watched your pycon-it keynote and did want to give it a try.

There were some annoying border around the logo and the main canvas Schermata da 2019-12-26 13-26-52

And then keyrelease did not work and the button would stay red after the first key press. While at it I've added some instructions for installing dependencies and running the app.
