Revolut CSV import not accounting for fees

When you complete a transaction from Revolut, the transaction may be subject to a fee. That fee is provided in the CSV column fee.

Currently, while importing into ynab-csv, there is no option to combine two values together (e.g the amount + fee)

Hey @transfem, thanks for the report. I am currently not adding any new features to the tool but I marked this report with a help wanted label so that other people can contribute with that change.

Also I just checked and YNAB supports some of the countries natively with a linked account already. So maybe they'd add more of those and they will not need the CSV import at all.
