eglplatform.h dependency avoidable?

Is there any sane way to handle khrplatofrm.h/eglplatform.h's platform-dependent typedefs?

@anholt: I've fixed this dependency in my fork. Now those files are included with Epoxy and I think should work with fine with all platforms. I've not opened a PR for this because I already have one open PR that hasn't been pulled yet.

Does not work for me .. Undefined symbols for architecture x86_64: "_epoxy_eglGetCurrentContext", referenced from....

This program built for i386-apple-darwin11.3.0
