update EGL registry

I included commit 5a281ae here but there are two commits missing in the khronos-registry branch: fe62e02 and dd7446d.

Also I don't understand the point of the khronos-registry branch. Couldn't one just look at the history for the registry directory or use git filter-branch?

I also do not understand why there need to be a dedicated branch. But your changes themselves seems fine to me.
