@andrewmeservy Sorry for taking so long, vacations and hectic work life running up to it. I fixed merge conflicts and removed the old lingering enum values that no longer make sense after the rename.

LGTM, merging.

@andrewmeservy Sorry for taking so long, vacations and hectic work life running up to it. I fixed merge conflicts and removed the old lingering enum values that no longer make sense after the rename.
