carousel slider need

Feature Description

We need very light weight customizable carousel slider (example: multi card slider ,chips slider just like YouTube etc).

Use Case

we can use it for banner image for product card slider, product category slider(chips)

In the past we've closed this request because Material spec doesn't define a carousel. It would be nice to provide one but it's tricky for us to come up with our own spec without designer influence. It's a bit ironic because our material.angular.io homepage has a homemade one.
