Easier way to format the same files tsc would read

My use case is to format my TypeScript code, in a project that only uses tsc as the build system (no gulp). I can use the new --glob syntax (thanks @filipesilva !) but I need to exclude node_modules. I need to exclude any generated code (eg. typings folder) as well. At a minimum, we could allow a way to pass the options object to clang-format. Anyhow I've used a src/ root directory as an easy fix.

Perhaps we could add another arg, `--globOptions' that receives these in a stringified json without spaces.
