Edit scope variables like CSS properties

In the AngularJS Properties view, it would be great if I could change any of them by double clicking and have it sort out the details of $apply()ing it

FWIW, you can do this in the "Scopes" pane in v0.5.0.

This works in the Scopes pane but still does not work with $scope under Element inspector as of v0.10.1. However, $scope panel will still let you edit - very confusing, labeling as bug instead of feature for that.
