add license note to all live examples

All of our live examples (codepen, plunkr) must include the following statement at the end of each file:

Copyright 2016 Google Inc. All Rights Reserved.
Use of this source code is governed by an MIT-style license that can be found in the LICENSE file at http://angular.io/license

Sorry. May have closed too soon. This issue has been resolved for generated plunkers (#671, commit 21ad7eff11a2b53347b119ebcdebe3a01e2c7657). Can't speak for codepen or hand-coded plunkers.

@naomiblack , shouldn't some kind of bot go on a hunt for missing copyright footers?

This is going to be fixed soon with a tool that generates plunkers for API.
