Angular (4+) Electron Seed

In the interim period of this repository getting additional activity/resources, I have developed a solution of Electron with Angular (4+).

It's nothing significantly intricate at the moment, but it does allow you live serve your changes and see them in the Electron app. The live-reload is hacky at the moment, but something is always better than nothing.

This uses the stock CLI's build process for compiling Angular and then injects Electron's necessities into the build directory.
