map-closeclick is not working in Firefox 12 and IE 10

When closing an InfoWindow, the map-closeclick handler is not called in IE 10 or Firefox 12: http://plnkr.co/edit/k3fVbo5Wdtf6HmCE0lCR?p=preview

The plunker works on Chrome.

I tried with:

  • angularjs 1.1.5 and 1.2-RC2
  • ui-map 0.0.2
  • ui-event 0.0.4
  • jQuery 1.8.2 and 1.10.2
