Support for defaulting height not just width

Now, I can set 'size' to set the width (move the vertical splitter bar). Are there plans to support setting the height?

Hi Guys,
This is a fairly important feature, that would quality as a bug..

Without a way to "disable splitter bar drag" or launch in an iframe as work around, for most applications outside of some mobile layouts, this controller is unusable.

Please fix so I don't have to move back to jquery
