Expandable rows that are opened closed and opened again will not expand
When you expand a row, collapse that row, and then try to expand the row again it will not open until you perform a second click.

This does not happen for me in Chrome\Edge Canary on the link you provided.
I just tried this again using chrome and it still happens for me.
Keep expanding and collapsing the row it will eventually start opening only after second click.
It looks like it tries to expand but then collapse right afterwards.
I tested it on my phone. The error for me specifically occurred whenever I opened multiple separate rows and then tried to close one and reopen a bunch of times. It would not only take me twice but even more sometimes in order to close it.
