Update version available via Bower

The version available via bower doesn't match the updated one in github. In particular I needed the code from https://github.com/angular-ui/ui-ace/pull/26 , so I had to track the github commit rather than the normal bower install.

This just requires a git tag and git push command - would be great to see this get done.
