Should not manipulate map when mouse is over infobox

Steps to reproduce

Hover over marker until infobox opens, when it opens try to drag map when mouse is on infobox or try to double click on a infobox, it will zoom in

Expected Behavior

Map should not be manipulative

Actual Behavior

You can easily manipulate map while mouse is over infobox
