Flags are displayed incorrectly

svg-country-flags uses the same identifiers for xlink:href for different flags, therefore some flags are displayed incorrectly such as China or Chile

I had to take all flags from svg-country-flags and rename each id (for ad.svg "a" and "#a" to "a-ad" and "#a-ad") and use them instead
