"mat-password-strength-info" message for the max value of characters

Desired functionality

It would be great to support a "mat-password-strength-info" message for the max value of characters... because the user would be in limbo if the max is 32, and they are not informed of exactly why the password is not validating.

The panel can start with a valid message, and then error if the max limit is crossed...
