Does not compile on server side when save file

I have other projects created with other version of generator-angular-fullstack and compile fine when i save any file but i updated the generator and now only compile client's files. I've tried to get back of others versions but nothing happens, also i tried to copy files of other projects but still same thing.
Do you know what is happening? regards
