Unable to enable [email protected] unit

I am trying to install WireGuard on Ubuntu 18 Server. After following some steps it returns a few error including not being able to enable [email protected]. I looked around, and it seems that WireGuard doesn't work/install on Debian anymore. People suggested backport in source.list but it didn't work for me.
