Dragging view to new docked position with a split makes it weirdly small

Here's what I mean:

You want to split a view off to the right, so you drag it out and off to the right, then it's docked with a very narrow width and you need to adjust it. Ideally the new view should just take an equal share of whatever view is being split.

This needs some more thought, especially with more complex view arrangements, and I'm not even sure it's possible to fix without touching Qt code, but it's annoying and I'd like to see it fixed.

Idea: Support right click on tab and have an option to 'Split and move right', like pycharm
