Eclipse package distribution

Eclipse package is standalone Eclipse that would include Angularjs, tern and more plugins on top of some base Eclipse package.

I have did it before, but felt not good when users started raising questions on issues on different OSes, and I was not able to answer. Now I will just say "see answers for general Eclipse package"

@paulvi I have no time to do that and MyEclipse and JBoss Tools, Enide integrates already it.

It would be nice if you start using Enide 2015 It has PDT, m2e, TernIDE and TernIDE toolings http://www.nodeclipse.org/enide/2015

And I'd like to update after 1.0 https://github.com/angelozerr/tern.java/issues/306
