OSERROR: failed to load external entity

i used the XML file: https://dblp.org/xml/release/dblp-2022-10-02.xml and the dtd file: https://dblp.org/xml/dblp.dtd

But I got an OSERROR and can not load the XML file into the root. The tree seems to be too big to fit in memory. With what XML and dtd file did you test the parser? Is there some additional settings that have to be made such that the parser works for those huge files?
