A -200 mhz memory clock is applied over default
I have a 2070 Super which operates at 7000 mhz on memory by default. If I benchmark any of the algorithms msi sensors show 6800 mhz on memory. And if for example I add +200 on memory in the oc tab or in msi and import the settings the final result is 7000 mhz (7000-200+200) If I try gaming with NHML closed in default settings the memory clock stays at 7000 as it should.
I'm using NHML version 42.1 Build: 20211018.09 Windows 11 version 21H (22000.282 compilation)
It's some kind of magic
This is not because of NHML. nvidia is forcing P2 state on your card.
download and use nvidiaProfileInspector and disable force P2 state.
