abnormal noise @ 100% throttle opening upshift in Ferrari F136 engine

When I use the Ferrari F136 engine to accelerate upshift at 100% throttle opening, there is always an abnormal bump-like sound. This noise occurs every time I upshift, and I wonder where the noise is coming from. My parameter modulations are all default parameters, only the cylinder pressure simulation sampling rate is adjusted to 6k, no dyno no-load acceleration. Thank you for making this inspiring project!
