Feature request: a gui launcher to more easily swap engines

a graphical user interface, would make getting new engines and swapping them around a lot more faster and accessible to a wider range of users.

other use cases are:

• chaging the measurement units.
• chaging the theme.
• updating the simulator.
• linking to your socials and other works.
