Mouse Scrolling Input

Hello, I have recently discovered a small bug that occurs with the scrolling input in engine-sim.

If you use a Logitech mouse, you have the Logitech Options software installed and you have the option "Smooth Scrolling" activated in the software for that particular mouse, scrolling inputs will not be registered in engine-sim.

Deactivating it allows for normal input, obviously.

It's probably an issue how the 'Smooth scrolling' works, I don't own a Logitech mouse so I can't confirm.

thank you, it worked! I have a mx ergo and mouse input didn't work when smooth scrolling was enabled.
